Refund policy

Refunds and Returns:

  • Order Cancellation: Orders placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed. However, in exceptional cases where the order has been cancelled within 24 hours, Chitrashila Artwork may accept the cancellation request, subject to a deduction of shipping charges and any other applicable fees.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact Chitrashila Artwork customer care within 24 hours of delivery. We will require photos or video evidence of the damage or incorrect product. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
  • Unwanted Products: We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted products.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 15 working days of the return request being approved. You will be notified of the refund via email.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Chitrashila Artwork customer care within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect product.
  2. Provide photos or video evidence of the damage or incorrect product.
  3. Once your request is verified, you will be provided with a return shipping label.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and attach the return shipping label.
  5. Ship the product back to Chitrashila Artwork.
  6. Once the product is received and inspected, your replacement will be shipped or your refund will be processed.

Refund & Return Policy – Pooja Samagri

At Chitrashila, we take utmost care in packing and delivering all Pooja Samagri to ensure purity, hygiene, and sanctity for your religious rituals.

1. No Return / No Exchange Policy

  • Due to the sacred, personal, and consumable nature of Pooja Samagri products, no returns, no replacements, and no exchanges are allowed once the order is delivered.

2. No Refund Policy

  • Since returns are not accepted, refunds are not applicable for Pooja Samagri items.
  • Refunds will only be considered in rare cases where:
    - The product is damaged during transit
    - The wrong item is delivered (Evidence in the form of unboxing video/photos is required.)

3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Kindly share unboxing video + photos with us within 24 hours of delivery on our customer support.
  • Upon verification, we will provide a suitable resolution such as:

    - Replacement (if available)
    - Store credit (Refund is issued only if replacement is not possible.)

4. Hygiene & Safety

  • Once delivered, the product cannot be taken back due to hygiene, spiritual integrity, and safety protocols.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible for Pooja Samagri products.
